1. In case of any size issues in the custom products there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed with the return request.

4. In customization of wallets and other gifting products, no refund will be issued as its customised but will be replaced if there is any manufacturing fault

5. We provide vegan leather products of the best quality available in the market we don’t deal in pure leather products so if you face any quality issue we dont provide refund for it as the product is customised
